حذف الحساب والبيانات — رابتو

إصدار Build 115 الحالي

إصدار Android 1.0.0 (115) بوضع offline-device-qa لا ينشئ حساب رابتو خادميًا ولا يرفع بيانات الحساب إلى خوادم رابتو؛ لذلك لا يوجد حساب مستضاف لحذفه في هذا الإصدار.

حذف البيانات المحلية

قد يحتفظ Build 115 محليًا باللغة وإقرار أهلية الضيف ومسودات الطلبات التجريبية وبيانات الإعداد والمشاريع والأسطول والمركبات والسائقين والتشغيل التي تدخلها للاختبار. استخدم بيانات تركيبية فقط. يمكنك إزالة النسخة المحلية بطريقتين:

افتح إعدادات الجهاز ثم التطبيقات ثم RABTO، واختر مسح البيانات أو التخزين.
أزل تطبيق RABTO من الجهاز.

يمنع Build 115 إنشاء نسخة احتياطية جديدة أو نقل بيانات التطبيق إلى جهاز آخر، لكنه لا يحذف تلقائيًا نسخة تاريخية ربما أنشأها نظام التشغيل لإصدار أقدم. قراءة GPS الاختيارية لا تُحفظ في المسار المراجع، ولذلك لا توجد لدى رابتو نسخة خادمية منها لحذفها.

طلب مساعدة أو استفسار

لا تحتاج إلى إعادة تثبيت التطبيق أو تسجيل الدخول لبدء طلب دعم. إذا كنت تعتقد أن رابتو يحتفظ ببيانات تخصك، أو أردت حذف مراسلة دعم، أرسل طلبًا إلى support@rabto.store واذكر الحد الأدنى اللازم لفهم الطلب.

لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز OTP أو صورة هوية. نهدف إلى تأكيد الاستلام خلال خمسة أيام عمل؛ وهذه مدة تأكيد الاستلام وليست وعدًا بإكمال كل طلب خلال خمسة أيام. نتحقق بالحد الأدنى اللازم ونتعامل مع الطلب خلال المدة النظامية المطبقة.

ما يُحذف وما قد يُحتفظ به

لا توجد بيانات حساب خادمية منشأة بواسطة Build 115.
تُحذف البيانات المحلية عند مسح بيانات التطبيق أو إزالته.
إذا راسلت الدعم، نحذف المراسلة بعد معالجة الطلب وتوثيق نتيجته، ما لم يقتضِ التزام نظامي محدد أو مطالبة قائمة الاحتفاظ بحد أدنى منها لمدة أطول.

الإصدارات المتصلة مستقبلًا

الحسابات الخادمية والحذف داخل التطبيق وخدمة الحذف المستضافة ليست مفعلة في Build 115. قبل إصدار نسخة تنشئ حسابات، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة لتوضيح مسار الحذف داخل التطبيق وخارجه، وطريقة التحقق، والبيانات التي تُحذف أو تُحتفظ بها وأسباب ومدد الاحتفاظ الفعلية. لا تصف هذه الصفحة Migration 094 أو أي خدمة حذف مستقبلية بأنها منشورة أو عاملة.

RABTO Account and Data Deletion

Current Build 115

Android 1.0.0 (115) in offline-device-qa mode does not create a hosted RABTO account or upload account data to RABTO servers. There is therefore no hosted account to delete in this release.

Delete local data

Build 115 may locally retain language, the guest eligibility acknowledgement, test-request drafts, and test setup, project, fleet, vehicle, driver, and operational records that you enter. Use synthetic data only. You can remove the local copy in either of these ways:

Open device Settings, Apps, RABTO, then clear app data or storage.
Uninstall RABTO from the device.

Build 115 prevents new app-data backup and device transfer, but it does not automatically delete a historical backup that the operating system may have created for an earlier build. The optional GPS reading is not retained in the reviewed path, so RABTO has no hosted copy of that reading to delete.

Request help or information

You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to begin a support request. If you believe RABTO holds data about you, or you want support correspondence deleted, email support@rabto.store and provide only the minimum information needed to understand the request.

Never send a password, OTP, or identity-document image. We aim to acknowledge receipt within five business days; this is an acknowledgement target, not a promise to complete every request within five days. We use the minimum verification needed and handle the request within the applicable legal period.

What is deleted and what may be retained

Build 115 creates no hosted account data.
Local data is deleted when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
If you contact support, we delete the correspondence after handling the request and documenting its outcome, unless a specific legal duty or active claim requires a minimal record for longer.

Future connected releases

Hosted accounts, in-app deletion, and a hosted deletion service are not enabled in Build 115. Before a release that creates accounts, we will update this page with the in-app and external deletion paths, verification method, data deleted or retained, and the actual reasons and periods for retention. This page does not claim that Migration 094 or any future deletion service is deployed or operational.
